Why You Should Give me Priority Access?
N number of times I have given a answer to Question like "Why should I hire you?", but this is for the first time I will be answering "Why should I interview/screen you on priority?". Okay, let me put forward my view.
1. First of all, I seriously think Toptal has huge backlog atleast for C++ developer's of screening profiles. As of now my queue number is 2593. I am not observing but I guess at least 10 requests must be getting added every day. I believe I can certainly help you in this process. Though I won't claim of having very huge experience of screening the candidates, but certainly knows How to Screen the candidate as I have seen as well as experienced enough interviewers taking interviews, making some common/silly mistakes.
2. I have 10+ years of experience in programming but never experienced/explored this freelancing world of opportunity. Having enjoyed 3 months sitting at home, wandering on streets, deciding on what to do next after resigning from my company in December, I came to the conclusion "Explore", it could be either new domain, new technology or could be either new place to work, may be new/different people to work with.
And I guess Toptal will give all of the above. For me Toptal has it all what I want, now its my turn to prove Toptal that I have it in me to what it takes to be a Toptal Developer.
Me wishing myself for the first time.
